Governance Belongs Across Every Tool
Content is written in many tools, and agents will not stay in one. One set of rules has to hold everywhere, with one record.
AI made writing content nearly free. Approving and publishing it did not get faster. We are changing that.
Why We Built Widebound
Large companies have always published in slow cycles: a new strategy, a big content push, then months of content that slowly goes stale. With AI, content goes stale faster, and AI-native competitors move at a pace that slow cycles cannot match.
Generating content stopped being the hard part. Every page, email and document still has to pass brand, legal, regulatory and accessibility rules, and those rules differ by market, product and channel. Today, people do that work with spreadsheets and workarounds. It takes weeks.
We built Widebound so that agents can do that work instead, safely, with a record that proves every step. We believe the first company in each industry to run its content operations this way will set the pace for its sector.
Part of Content Sync
Widebound is an extension of Content Sync, built on the same foundation that enterprise organizations around the world already use and trust. Content Sync has moved approved content between enterprise websites for ten years. Case Western Reserve University, for example, uses it across 300 sites.
Governance of published content is the problem we work on every day. Widebound takes it to where content is now written: with AI agents, in every tool.

What We Believe
Four convictions shape every decision we make about the product.
Governance Belongs Across Every Tool
Content is written in many tools, and agents will not stay in one. One set of rules has to hold everywhere, with one record.
Agents Need Shared Context
Each agent only knows its own context. Good content needs the rules, and what other agents produced, approved and learned.
Reliability Beats a Single Judge
At thousands of decisions a day, an answer that is right nine times out of ten is not good enough for a legal team.
Publishing Needs Proof
Content you cannot prove was checked and approved cannot go live. The record is what lets agents publish.
Your Tools, Your Policies
A demo built around your tools, policies and workflows shows how content moves from the rules an agent receives to the record it goes live with.
