Many Channels
Product pages, emails, retail listings and social posts, each with its own format and rules.
Your brands publish across dozens of markets and channels, with in-house teams, agencies and now AI agents. Give all of them the same rules, and keep the proof for every claim you make.

The Challenge
AI multiplies how much content your teams can produce. Every piece still has to be on brand and make only the claims you can support.
Many Channels
Product pages, emails, retail listings and social posts, each with its own format and rules.
Many Hands
Brand teams, markets, agencies and AI agents all write. Keeping them aligned by email does not hold.
Claims You Can Support
Nutrition, sustainability and product claims need evidence on file, in every market where they appear.

This is Widebound. You lead the brand at Halvora Health, a fictional consumer health brand. An agency and AI agents write for it too. This week, your agency drafts the US retail listing in Google Docs, and an AI agent drafts the UK listing through MCP. Both get the same brand guide, and the claims library for their market. In the agency's draft, Widebound flags a superlative in the heading and a claim that isn't approved, and offers the approved wording. The agent had the rules before it wrote, so its draft passes. Both listings mention the new recyclable carton. Your policy asks Legal to approve each new sustainability claim, so both go to Dana Whitfield. The rest of the update goes live when its checks pass. Her approval is on each listing's record, with the evidence behind the claim: the carton's recyclability assessment. On brand and on claim in every market. Widebound.
One Set of Rules
Brand, legal and market rules live in policy packs that every agent and every check uses.
Every Tool
Brand teams, markets and agencies write in Word, Google Docs, the CMS and AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, and AI agents connect through MCP. Each of them gets the same rules, and each piece passes the same checks.

Proof
For every product page, email and listing: which agent wrote it, which model, which rules applied and who approved it.
When a retailer, a regulator or your own legal team asks about a claim, you can show the record of the piece it appeared in.
Approval stays where your policy wants it, for example for a new sustainability claim. Everything else goes live when its checks pass.

Policy Packs
Brand, claims and market rules live in packs that every team, agency and agent uses. During onboarding, we translate your brand book and claims library into them.
Questions
Yes. Agencies write in the same tools as your teams, so they receive the same rules and their content passes the same checks.
No. Your brand and legal teams decide the rules and keep signing off wherever your policy asks for it: per rule, market or channel. Each approval is a step on the record, and critical failures block publishing until they are fixed.
Approved claims and market rules live in policy packs. Each version of a piece is checked against the claims and rules for its market before it goes live.
