Brand
Voice, tone, names and trademarks, so every piece sounds like your company, whichever agent wrote it.
Set your rules up once, and every agent and every check applies them. Start with our standard packs and add the rules you already have.
Policy Packs
Pick the packs your content needs and add your own. Every agent and every check then works from the same set.
What Each Pack Covers
A pack applies to a piece wherever it is written and published, so you maintain each rule in one place.
Brand
Voice, tone, names and trademarks, so every piece sounds like your company, whichever agent wrote it.
Accessibility
Accessible content and pages, checked again as rendered before they go live.
SEO and GEO
Structure, metadata and clear definitions, so search engines and AI assistants find your content and describe it correctly.
Market Regulation
Say only what each market allows: what a product page may say in the United States, in France or in Germany.
Onboarding
Your rules already exist, spread across brand guides, legal guidance and market policies. You do not have to rewrite them: we bring them together during onboarding.
You share the rules you already have: brand guides, legal guidance, claims libraries and market policies.
We translate them into policy packs alongside the standard ones, scoped by market, product and channel.
Agents receive the packs before they write, and every check applies them before anything goes live.

This is Widebound. You own the rules at Halvora Health, a fictional consumer health brand. Today they live in documents: a brand guide, legal guidance, a claims library, the product label, and a policy for each of its other markets. Your AI agents don't read them. During onboarding, you share what you have. That is the first step: collect. Then we translate them into policy packs: the standard packs for factuality, data protection, branding, SEO, GEO, market regulation, accessibility and UX, and your internal policies as packs of their own, each rule scoped by market, product and channel. This line from your legal guidance becomes a rule for the US. Your teams still own the rules. They decide what changes, and where a person must approve. Then apply: agents get the packs before they write, and every check uses them, in Word, Google Docs, your CMS, AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, and the agents that connect through MCP. Your rules, ready for every agent. Widebound.

This is Widebound. You run compliance for Halvora Health's allergy tablet in six markets. Halvora is a fictional consumer health brand. Take one product page, in the US and in France. Each market has its own rules and its own approved claims. In the US, "relief from indoor and outdoor allergies" is an approved claim. In France it is not. Checked against the French rules, the same claim is flagged as critical, and the French approved wording is offered. So each version starts from its own market. The agent writing the French version gets the French rules and approved claims before it writes. Then each version is checked against its own market's rules: two hundred fourteen in the US, two hundred forty-three in France. A critical failure keeps that version offline until it's fixed. And each version carries its own record: the rules it passed, what each check found and who approved it. In France, that includes Regulatory's approval, because your policy asks for it. The right rules for each version of a page. Widebound.
Questions
Flag it in the tool you work in, and we investigate at once. You can override or extend the rule yourself, effective immediately, and our monthly release of rule improvements brings the improvement within about two weeks on average.
Yes. Rules change, and packs change with them. Every check applies the rules that were valid when it ran, and the record says which ones they were.
Yes. Packs with little compliance risk, such as SEO and GEO, can run without sign-off from the start. Packs such as factuality, data protection or market regulation can keep your reviewers in the loop, and their pieces arrive already following the rules, so they can be approved the first time. A pack runs on its own only after its results agree with your reviewers.
No. They apply the rules your legal, regulatory and brand teams set, consistently and in every tool. Your teams decide the rules and where a person must approve.
